We had a fantastic stay at a budget hotel in this city. The location was ideal, close to the center and within walking distance to the sea. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of options. The staff members were pleasant, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The staff were friendly.
I think his hotel was overpriced for what it was. The room was tiny and not the cleanest. Also you can hear everything from rooms next to and under.

The setting was walking distance to everything we wanted to visit, like winter gardens blackpool. In love with Vidella. Will be back, thank you.

Leaving
After waiting nearly four hours in our room, due to the rain outside, we found that the restaurant was not open, we were told because of the pride celebrations the previous day, its as though they just couldnt be bothered, my partner is 70, it was pouring with rain and we were advised to find a local restaurant, the walk took its toll on us, it was like Nelson by the seaside, no other alternative was offered.( There was a lot of mould in the shower area). I find it ironic that I conduct covert audits and mystery shops for a large Grassroots company, on this occasion, I wasnt working. The restaurant could of been their saving grace. The cocktail bar was depressing with no atmosphere, the woman serving was rather scruffy and not that welcoming, she asked if we wanted music on and we said yes, it was just ignored and the cocktail she served was warm. It was awful. We have been so upset, my partner has fallen out with me.(the daft bat, it wasnt my fault!)

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was a great experience! the breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the festive decorations and the party atmosphere which made it perfect for welcoming the new year in style!
The slightly dated decor in some areas of the hotel, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Some guests did comment on the quality of the TVs and Wi-Fi, but we were too busy enjoying the festive cheer to notice.

we really enjoyed our stay at the vidella hotel. It is a very friendly and welcoming environment, the staff really do everything they can to make your stay great. When we arrived we where shown to our room which was on the 3rd floor ,with my wife being asthmatic she felt there were just too many stairs and we asked to be moved which was done without any hassle. Breakfast was great too - and i totally recommend the restaurant, we had a great meal :)

The hotel was in a good location, close to popular attractions and nightlife. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was decently comfortable. However, the best aspect of the stay was the Christmas dinner, which was delicious and had a variety of options.
The room was outdated and in need of serious maintenance. The heating did not work properly, which made for a very uncomfortable stay, and the noise from the street was very loud.

Was happy with the location,
I was dissapointed with the decor of the room, although clean there was damage to the main door to our room and also the wardrobe was broken , the entire room looked tired and in desperate need of work.

Really friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room - fabulous variety of jugs of cocktails for only £11! Less than 10 mins walk into town and 5 to the promenade. Just a nice stroll, mainly flat so good for people with mobility issues.
